
Sending and receiving mail
There are three ways of sending and receiving email:
Receiving your emails
- POP3 (outlook Express,Eudora, Netscape)
- IMAP4 (Outlook, Lotus)
- Web Based (Any web browser)
Your mail server supports all three methods.
POP3
To pick up your mail using POP3, you must set your email client with the following settings:
- POP3 server: mail.yourdomain.ca
- Outgoing mail server: mail.yourdomain.ca
- Your Username: username@yourdomain.ca. (Using the FULL email address, including your domain name.
IMAP4
To pick up your mail using IMAP4, you must set your email client with the following settings:
- IMAP4 server: mail.yourdomain.ca
- Outgoing mail server: mail.yourdomain.ca
- Your Username: username@yourdomain.ca. (Using the FULL email address, including your domain name.
Web Based
Use your browser to connect to http://webmail.yourdomain.ca. You will be connected to your mail server. Login with your username as username@yourdomain.ca and your password as usual. You will be able to read and create mail in your browser. (Follow the prompts on the screen)
